Ten Stages of Living Meditation

Won Moving Meditation classes offer you an opportunity to learn various movements to explore the use of body and mind integration as well as the harmony of breathing and mindful concentration on your body. You will experience meditation through the motion, which will also make you strong physically and spiritually.
In this class, the practitioners will learn Warm Heart & Supple Body, Tai Chi 18 Postures, and more, plus Ten Stages of Living Meditation, which will be a new program for this semester.
This class is mainly recommended for continuing students who have been attending moving meditation class from last year, but if you have some experience of meditation and movement-based programs, you can take this class after talking with the instructor, Rev. Jo. The tea break after each class will give you an opportunity for an informal chat time with your fellow students. Also, at your request, you may receive a private lesson.
Due to the retreat schedule of the Won Dharma Center or weather conditions, some sessions may be cancelled.
