The Won Dharma Center, set on a beautiful, rural 426-acre property in upstate New York with captivating views of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains, is a special environment where meditation, dharma study, weekly dharma services, volunteering for community work, etc., are on-going all year round.

In this spiritual and supportive environment, work naturally becomes a way of practice, and a direct path to serve others and enlighten this world.
Staff life is comprised of working and serving others while living a simple, spiritual lifestyle with like-minded people who have the same goal: individual and societal awakening.

Working in this special sangha can be a benificial way to renew your life, and is the practice of Right Livelihood.
Here at the Won Dharma Center, some staff members work full time, while others work part time, or for the duration of a particular event. Some staff members are salaried; others are residents who receive a stipend; while others donate their work.
We request that applicants for core staff positions make a commitment to work for a minimum of one year.
