This silent retreat is for those who desire to deeply realize the truth of their being and the essence of existence. As the most powerful form of Adyashanti’s teaching, retreat offers time to step back from the course of daily life and enter into the Unknown, in an environment that provides both structure and support. To serve this intention, retreat is held in complete silence, except for two periods a day of satsang (teachings and dialogue with Adyashanti). In addition to satsang, the daily schedule includes several periods of meditation. Both forums support deep heartfelt inquiry and the discovery of the liberating truth of one’s being.
This course is being held in silence, including meals. All participants must reside on the Omega campus during the retreat, must arrive on time, and must stay through the end of retreat (except for emergencies). Adyashanti requires parents to come to retreat without their children. This retreat begins Sunday at 7:15 p.m. and ends Friday at 12:30 p.m.
